HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 can green beans
Potatoes
Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 can water

Brown hamburger and onions together. Add salt and pepper also. Then drain grease off hamburger. Add tomato soup and green beans. Add 1 can water that soup was in. Bring to boil then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until mixture is thick (not watery). While mixture thickens, peel potatoes. Cook them and cream them like you normally do. Pour hamburger mixture in casserole. Add creamed potatoes next, then layer top with cheese. Put in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted good. Don't burn cheese.
