MEXICAN CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, grated fine
Chili seasoning, to taste
1 can whole grain corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 sm. pkg. Frito chips, crushed

Cook hamburger and onions slowly in skillet. Drain. Add chili seasoning, corn, mushroom soup and tomato soup. Cook 5-10 minutes. Put in a casserole dish 1/2 of the mixture. Sprinkle with crushed Frito chips. Add remaining mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining crushed Fritos and a lot of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
