1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped green bell pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes 2 c. rice, cooked 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste Use 2 quart size pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter in skillet. Add tomatoes, rice, shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. |
