CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE
 

1 can whole Ortega chiles, seeded, cut on one side
1 pt. sour cream
6 eggs
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated

Mix together (beat) sour cream and eggs. Layer in casserole dish, beginning with chiles open and seed side down, egg mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and set.
