CHILI HOMINY CASSEROLE
 

2 (20 oz.) cans hominy, drained
3 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack
1 (4 oz.) can green chili, drained
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs (fine)

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs in large bowl. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole (9 x 13). Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 30 to 40 minute at 350 degrees.

This makes a lot - if not having company halve recipe.
