1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar taco sauce
1 can chopped green chilies

Cook together ground beef and onion until done. Add remaining ingredients. Place Dorito chips in large baking dish. Cover with meat sauce and top with grated cheese. Bake until melted.
