1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, browned & drained Season meat with chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic. Spread in casserole dish. 1 can ranch style beans with juice Pour over meat mixture. Place corn tortillas over meat. 1 can Rotel tomatoes (with juice) Spread over tortillas. 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 c. Monterey cheese Spread over Rotel. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it is bubbly in the middle. |
