HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
 

4 to 5 potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 lb. lean hamburger, not browned
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Place potatoes in bottom of large casserole. Slice onions over this and then add hamburger broken up. Pour the vegetable soup over hamburger. Pour the mushroom soup over the top. Don't stir, as the ingredients will be during the baking process. Bake covered for two hours at 350 degrees.
