1 lb. hamburger 1 c. celery 1/4 tsp. onion salt or onion 3 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. Minute rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Brown hamburger with celery, add onion and soy sauce. Mix rice in a casserole dish or in crock pot with soups, and hamburger mixture. Mix well. Add more water or soy sauce, if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Decorate with chow mein noodles before and after baking. Great in crock pot for travel. |
