CHEWY FUDGE BROWNIE
 

1/4 c. butter
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans, chopped

Combine butter and chocolate in small saucepan. Melt over low heat. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into bowl. Add sugar and eggs. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Stir in flour and vanilla and pecans.

Spread mixture in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake in 325 degree oven 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan. Cut while still warm. Makes 16.
