1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. diet chocolate instant pudding
1/2 gallon lowfat vanilla ice cream
In large bowl, mix ingredients together. Spray 9x12 inch baking pan with Pam. Pour ingredients in pan, cover with tin foil and freeze for 2 hours. Cut into 2 inch squares and wrap with tin foil.
