Bring to boil: 1 c. water 4 tbsp. cocoa
Mix in bowl: 2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt
Add hot cocoa mixture to above and then add: 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 cups flour, and 1 tsp. baking soda.
Bake at 350 degrees in 11x15 pan, greased, for 20-25 minutes.
When you take hot sheet cake out of oven, immediately spread top with your favorite brand peanut butter. Then frost.
