CAKE: 2 sticks butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. coconut 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. milk Whole graham crackers Line a 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt 2 sticks butter. Add sugar, combine 1 egg in 1/2 cup milk. Add to butter and sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add chopped nuts, coconut, and graham cracker crumbs. Pour over crackers. Add another layer of whole crackers. Spread icing over cake and store in refrigerator. ICING: 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter, melted 1 to 2 tbsp. milk Mix all together and spread on cake. |
