1 lb. brown sugar (soft) 4 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. oil 2 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut Mix sugar and eggs, alternate oil and Bisquick, add vanilla. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cake will fall, that is why it is called "sad cake". |
