PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE MOCHA
CHEESECAKE
 

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 sqs. (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
3 tbsp. black coffee
1 chocolate wafer crumb crust

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix well. Stir in chocolate and coffee. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool - refrigerate 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit.
