1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. water
1 c. oil
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 bar German chocolate, grated

1 tbsp. Mexican vanilla or reg.
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, room temp.

Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil, eggs and sour cream. Fold in chips, pecans and bar of chocolate. Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
