1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (about 18.5 oz.) box chocolate cake mix 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 c. sour cream Toss the chocolate chips and pecans in 1 tablespoon of the dry cake mix. Beat the remaining ingredients together for 3 minutes, then fold in the chips and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt or tube pan; bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
