1 box butter flavor cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 pkg. (2 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

In large bowl blend cake mix, sour cream, milk, oil, butter, pudding and eggs; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool in pan on a rack for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat all ingredients together and frost cake.
