1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can sliced pineapple
Brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
Maraschino cherries

Mix cake mix according to directions (use pineapple juice for water). Melt butter in 10 inch cake pan in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter in pan (amount to suit). Place pineapples and cherries in pan in any decorative pattern. Pour cake mix over top and bake according to package directions. Let cool and turn over on plate.
