2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 2 c. plain flour (do not use self-rising or baking powder) 6 eggs Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and lemon juice. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, then bake 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
