1 box yellow cake mix 1 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding Cool Whip Coconut Chopped nuts Mix and bake cake in 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan, time and temperature according to box instructions. Mix pineapple and juice with sugar; boil 2 minutes and pour over cake while hot. Cool completely. Then mix vanilla pudding according to instructions and pour over cake. Top cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts. |
