1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix together cake mix, butter and one egg. Press into 9"x13" buttered pan. Then mix cream cheese, 3 eggs and sugar together. Pour over cake mix and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
