CHOCOLATE GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle on top 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
