2 c. flour 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (do not drain) 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Serves 12. |
