2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (No. 2, 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. coconut, if desired

Mix together flour, sugar, eggs, soda and vanilla. Then add pineapple undrained and nuts (coconut if desired). Mix by hand. Bake in 9x13x2 pan at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.

Mix the following ingredients together. Beat with hand mixer until smooth: 1 stick butter 1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
