MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE AND ICING
 

2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 jar marshmallow creme
1/3 c. cocoa

Cream the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Mix in flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Beat well and add nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover completely with marshmallow creme.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, add milk and cocoa. Bring to boil. Stir in powdered sugar and beat well. Add vanilla. This is a very rich cake.
