1 box yellow cake mix (add flour as directed for high altitudes)
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Mix everything together except the oranges. Add oranges and mix again. Pour into two 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all together and ice cake.
