1 box yellow cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip Topping Mix, straight from env.
4 eggs
1 c. cold tap water Combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into 3 greased round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. FILLING: Slice 1 quart strawberries, reserving 12 to 14 to garnish. Prepare 1 envelope Dream Whip. Split layers. Top each 1/2 layer with the following mixture, saving some for the top of the cake. Mix together strawberries, Dream Whip and 1 teaspoon sugar. (Use only half a box of cake mix and bake 3 small layers. Do not slice layers. Frozen strawberries may be used.) |
