3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soda
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Sift flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda together. Add oil, vanilla, vinegar and water to dry ingredients. Pour into slightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degree about 40 minutes.

Melt:

4 tbsp. of butter in pan

Remove from heat. Add:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. or more confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. or so hot water
