1 box yellow cake mix or 1 scratch yellow cake
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can pina colada mix
1 carton Cool Whip or whipped cream (prepared)
Coconut if desired (about 1 c.)

Prepare yellow cake mix as directed on box, or mix one from scratch. Bake in oblong baking dish. As soon as cake is baked, cool. Poke holes all over cake with the end of wooden spoon and pour Eagle Brand milk and pina colada mix all over. (Mix milk and mix together for better results.) Top with crushed pineapple and let cool. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Keep chilled.
