1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix together with an electric mixer. Pour into 9x13 inch glass dish, ungreased. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix by hand. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
