1 pkg. chocolate cake mix 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. warm water 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 to 1/2 c. coconut (optional) 4 eggs Combine cake mix, instant pudding, sour cream, oil, water, chocolate chips, coconut, and eggs. Blend until smooth. Put into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool slightly before unmolding. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Or even better, put into 3 (9 inch) cake pans and bake. Frost with white frosting and put chocolate frosting between layers. |
