CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE FILLING

2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Filling for cake center or cupcakes. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until shiny and stiff. Blend in flour and coconut. Enough for 1 package chocolate cake.
