2 eggs 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice included) TOPPING: 1 stick soft butter butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix everything by hand. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Leave in pan to cool. Add the topping. Cut and serve from the pan. |
