2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. nuts, chopped 2 c. sugar 20 oz. can pineapple with juice Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Do not use electric beater but mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan 40-45 minutes. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. soft cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well. This is great for a large party. I make it for church groups, etc. |
