2 1/4 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. soft butter 1/3 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. fresh or frozen berries 2 tbsp. flour 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt TOPPING: 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Heat oven to 350. Combine all coffee cake ingredients except blueberries and 2 tablespoons of flour. Beat until well mixed. Add blueberries that have been tossed with the 2 tablespoons of flour. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. TOPPING: In a 1 quart saucepan melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 40-55 minutes. |
