1/2 c. flour (plain) 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 tbsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. Wesson oil or Canola oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. water

Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in square 9 x 9 pan.

3 to 6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 to 6 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift in 3/4 box of confectioner sugar.
