2 lb. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 8 oz. white chocolate, melted SAUCE: 2 c. frozen raspberries, thawed 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Framboise (optional) Soften cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs (one at a time); mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix. Put in prepared 10 inch springform pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours or until set. Remove from pan. Sauce: Add all ingredients to blender and puree. Strain and serve over cheese cake. Garnish with whipped cream. |
