1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Cook to soft boil stage. Spread on warm wacky cake.
