1 box yellow cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 sm. pkg. shredded coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
Cool Whip (optional)

Prepare and bake cake mix as directed.. Bake in sheet cake pan.

Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese. Ice the cake with first the cream cheese icing. Second spread the pineapple (thin) and third spread the coconut. Cover all with Cool Whip if desired.
