1 box yellow cake mix, you add butter too (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, juice and all

Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Mix large instant vanilla pudding with large Cool Whip and large 20 ounce can drained crushed pineapple - spread on cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator.
