3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Line a springform pan with your favorite graham cracker crust. Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and blend well. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together, then cool. Add the chocolate mixture, sour cream, Amaretto and vanilla to the cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cake rest 5 minutes. Then spread topping on and bake for 5 more minutes. Cool on rack. Chill overnight.
Topping: Blend all ingredients thoroughly in small bowl.
