2 egg cake (any scratch cake ok) 1 1/2 c. blueberries 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour or 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. butter 1 tbsp. vanilla Add blueberries to prepared cake mix. In sauce pan combine sugar, flour or cornstarch, boiling water and cook until thickens. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Pour over cooked cake. Serve warm. |
