1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix well. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or to a light brown. Let cool. STEP II: Mix: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Mix well and add: 1 c. Cool Whip Pour over crust. STEP III: 2 pkgs. sm. size chocolate INSTANT pudding and pie filling mix 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix and pour over cream cheese mixture. STEP IV: Top with Cool Whip and top with nuts. |
