TURTLE CAKE

1 chocolate cake mix (fudge)
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 bag chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 can milk
Walnuts or pecans

Mix and bake 1/2 cake mix for 20 minutes. Put chocolate chips on top. Melt caramels, milk and butter. Pour over chips. Add nuts and rest of cake mix. Bake 20 minutes more.
