PINEAPPLE RUM CAKE
 

1 box Duncan Hines pineapple supreme cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pineapple instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Mix according to directions on cake box. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a tube pan. Bring to a boil 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 stick butter. Add 3 tablespoons rum, 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup coconut. Punch holes in cake and pour icing over cake.
