1 box plain yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco or Puritan oil
1/2 c. water
8 oz. sour cream
1 bar German Sweet chocolate
6 oz. Nestles chocolate chips

Mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream and beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Then fold in the grated chocolate bar and the chocolate chips.

Grease and flour a tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
