1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges & juice

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges, including juice. Bake in 2 layer pans at 350 degrees.

Icing: Mix Cool Whip, instant pudding and 1 small can crushed pineapple together. When layers cool, spread as any layer cake. Keep in refrigerator.
