1 box white cake mix 1 box instant pistachio pudding 3 eggs 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 c. club soda 1/2 c. nuts, optional Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and soda with electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes, fold in nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan or cake pans (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool and frost. FROSTING FOR WATERGATE CAKE: 1 box instant pistachio pudding 1 env. Dream Whip 1 1/4 c. milk Whip until peaks forms. Then whip 2 more minutes. Spread on cold cake. |
