1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla Mix all dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients in the order they are listed. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cake from oven when done and leave it in the pan. DO NOT TAKE THE CAKE OUT OF THE PAN. Cut into squares. ICING: 1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter Prepare icing by putting all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over cake. This is very good chocolate cake and very easy to prepare. |
